File Transfer Application is an FTP file transfer alternative developed specially for printing companies. The principle function of the software is to allow Customer to transfer large files to the Printer in a remote location, using the internet, in a recorded and timely way.

The application is user-friendly, but at the same time contains most of the functionality that are required for comfortable and productive work.

The key stakeholders in the product are:

1. The Printer - This profile is designed to meet needs of print studio employees. Printer is the person that own, configure Users and use the software as a key component of managing traffic in and out of their network.

2. The User - This profile is designed to meet customer?s needs. The User can be a technically advanced Advertising/Design agency or an absolute amateur that needs to transfer large files with little instruction.

3. The Administrator - This user type is able to check configurations, capacity and reporting on the server. This profile is designed for a technical user with experience in network topology.

Key Features of the application

Users are working with the files inside Job Bags, which are being used as capslies to collect files inside.

Main functions are available in the main menu, which is located on the left side of the screen. Users may create, edit, delete and search Job Bags or files inside them, see detailed reporting or perform other actions related to system management.
